New wholesale accounts will receive a 10% discount on the first order, plus awesome samples of other product lines.
Our minimum wholesale requirement is 50 units per type of product.
Our wholesale pricing is 35% below retail with 50+ units purchased. Larger discounts can be negotiated with 200+ unit orders.
We ship through the United States Postal Service, 2 day priority mail. Buyer is responsible for shipping costs, which will be billed with the final invoice. Items will be shipped once final invoice is paid. San Antonio area buyers can arrange for delivery at firstname.lastname@example.org.
Nature of Handmade
We handcraft all wholesale purchases to order. Since we use plant oils and butters, clays, and essential oils, items may differ slightly in appearance.
We do not accept wholesale returns due to the specific nature of wholesale orders. We do however want happy and returning customers, so will do what we can to remediate concerns. Please contact us within 3 business days of receipt of wholesale orders to confirm receipt and to address potential concerns, so we may assist as soon as possible.
Our soaps are handmade to order and cure for 4-8 weeks. Curing allows the soap to fully dry and harden, making for a longer lasting soap bar. We require at least 4 weeks lead time on custom soap bar orders to ensure our maximum quality standards are met. Other products require a 2 week lead time to prepare and produce custom orders.
We require a 50% deposit on wholesale orders prior to production. Once the first payment is received, production will be prepared and the final invoice will be sent once the products are ready to ship. When the final invoice is paid, the order will be shipped via USPS 2 day priority mail. Payment is accepted through PayPal or Square (all major credit cards accepted).
