Returns Policy

If you are not completely satisfied with a Carmel Soap purchase or gift for any reason, please review our return, refund and exchange policy below for carmelsoap.com purchases. 

Products do not need to be returned. We do not accept physical returns to ensure the safety of our customers and staff. Because our products are used on the body, we do not accept and/or resale returned products. Please discard any item that you are not satisfied with and we will issue a store credit or a replacement item.  

We reserve the right to limit exchanges and requests for store credit to limit abuse of this policy.

This policy is effective for all purchases made on and after August 3, 2021.
