Shipping, Delivery or Pick Up

We ship (USPS) via the United States Postal Service, 2-day priority mail. Buyer is responsible for shipping costs, which will be billed with the final invoice. Items will be shipped once final invoice is paid. San Antonio area buyers can arrange for pick up at our Hollywood Park/Stone Oak area store.

White glove delivery service is available in the state of Texas for a fee (per weight of order).
 

Nature of Handmade

We handcraft all wholesale purchases to order. Since we use natural plant oils and butters, clays, and essential oils, items may differ slightly in appearance.  

Returns

We do not accept wholesale returns due to the specific nature of wholesale orders. We do however want happy and returning customers, so will do what we can to remediate concerns. Please contact us within 3 business days of receipt of wholesale orders to confirm receipt and to address potential concerns, so we may assist as soon as possible.  

Most items are immediately available and can be shipped within 3 business days. Custom orders require 4 weeks lead time for soap bars and 2 weeks for all other items.

We require a 50% deposit on wholesale orders prior to production. Once the first payment is received, production will be prepared and the final invoice will be sent once the products are ready to ship. When the final invoice is paid, the order will be shipped via USPS 2 day priority mail. Payment is accepted through PayPal or Square (all major credit cards accepted).
